2. Product scope
Google Play Android RoviHub is a social communication app for adults 18+ only. Tagline: Where New Voices Meet. Browse active profiles and enjoy private, real-time social conversations. RoviHub helps adults meet through discovery surfaces, messaging, and live interaction tools presented in a modern layout. The product supports text and video chat, profile customization, and reporting flows aligned with Google Play community expectations. Users may register and sign in; use is conditioned on acceptance of in-app Privacy Notice and User Terms. The app may offer optional in-app purchases via Google Play Billing where enabled. Eligibility is declared once at onboarding without continuous technical age verification.
3. Data categories and purposes
Account identifiers and profile information such as nickname, avatar, bio or interest labels, and authentication session data — Purpose: Provide registration, sign-in, profile display, discovery, session integrity, fraud prevention, and account security — Attribute Required when you create or use an account.
Instant messages, conversation history, and related messaging metadata between users — Purpose: Deliver private messaging, synchronize conversations, support notifications, and enforce community policies — Attribute Collected when you send or receive messages inside the app.
Live video and audio session content processed when you use real-time chat or video conversation features — Purpose: Enable live text or video conversations, connection quality management, and safety workflows — Attribute Required when you initiate or join live conversation sessions.
Photos and videos captured with the camera or selected from your library for profile or shared media — Purpose: Display profile visuals, support media sharing in chats, and assist moderation where applicable — Attribute Optional; collected only when you capture, upload, or choose profile or chat media.
Usage events and diagnostics, including Device ID where applicable — Purpose: Measure performance, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, and protect against abuse — Attribute Required.
In-app purchase and entitlement signals processed in connection with Google Play Billing — Purpose: Deliver digital goods or features, validate entitlements with Google Play, and keep purchase state consistent — Attribute Collected when you make or restore purchases as applicable.
Safety reports, block records, and related context you submit — Purpose: Investigate abuse reports, enforce policies, and protect users — Attribute Optional; only when you use report or block safety flows.

Camera, microphone, and photos are used for profile and live chat features only while you use those features, not for undisclosed background capture.

Real-time Communication / Video Infrastructure — processes Live video and audio session content, Instant messaging payloads and delivery metadata, Connection quality and signaling diagnostics for the purpose Route, synchronize, and deliver live conversations and instant messaging between users.
Content Moderation Service — processes User-uploaded photos and videos, Chat or profile content flagged for review, Related moderation metadata for the purpose Detect and prevent illegal, abusive, or policy-violating content and support community safety.
Analytics / Performance Monitoring — processes Usage events, Device and app diagnostics, Device ID for the purpose Measure performance, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, security, fraud prevention, and analytics.
Google Play (payments) — processes Order and entitlement information, Transaction identifiers processed in connection with Google Play Billing for the purpose Process in-app purchases, deliver digital goods or features, and reconcile entitlements.
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
7. Retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for stated purposes and compliance.
